    Architect

Andrea joined NRS in 2015 after receiving a Distinction for her Master of Architecture from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow where she had previously graduated with in a first class honours degree in 2014. For her final project she co-designed and built the ‘Chalk-Talk’ pavilion, an interactive tool for exhibition, community consultation and public engagement with architecture and design. ‘Chalk-Talk’ had a successful debut at the 2015 Glasgow Merchant City Festival and has been subsequently exhibited at The Lighthouse, Scotland’s Centre for Architecture and Design.

Since joining the office Andrea has split her time equally between exhibition and architecture, working on a number of private residential projects as well as exhibitions at Kings College London and the National Railway Museum. Currently, Andrea is working on ‘Reimagining Wordsworth’ for the Wordsworth Trust in the Lake District where we are working to develop a new interpretational strategy for the entire site and refresh the overall visitor experience.
