    Architect / Designer

    Pippa is a trained architect and a theatre designer. She studied architecture at Cambridge University and also completed an MA in Theatre Design with distinction, at the Slade School of Fine Art.

    Her recent work focuses on exhibition work, where her theatre and architecture background come together in the design of narrative spaces. She particularly enjoys collaborating with other artists as part of the design process. Her clients have included; the British Museum, Natural History Museum, British Council, Southbank Centre, Design Museum London, the V&A, Aldeburgh Festival, Imperial War Museum, and the V&A Museum of Childhood.

    Pippa is a Design Fellow Cambridge University where she teaches undergraduates. She has been teaching architecture for over 18 years, previously at Kingston University. She is regularly invited to lecture and take part in wider debates about design both in the UK and Internationally and she has received many awards for her work. This includes the AJCorus 40 Under 40, and she was part of the UK team at the international Scenography Quadrennial exhibition in Prague 2007 and 2011.
