23 Kings Hill Avenue

This three-storey office building on the Kings Hill Business Park was initially conceived as an annexe to the adjacent headquarters for Charities Aid Foundation, however it was subsequently constructed as a speculative office for either a single tenant or multi-occupancy on a floor-by-floor basis and was ultimately fully let prior to completion to provide the headquarters for Vertex Law.

The reddish-multi textured brickwork to the first and second floors is contrasted with the sleek metallic base. Large deep set window openings are formed within the external skin to provide a calm and light interior.

This project was undertaken when Jim Richards was Director of Richards Partington Architects.
