Whitfield House

This building, adjacent to Totfield House, has been refurbished to provide high quality studio office units. The existing building has a characterful, precast concrete fa├žade, with walnut lined windows to Whitfield Street. The brief is for a 3-5 year refurbishment that brings out the best elements of the existing building and rationalises the circulation that maximises the amount of lettable office space.

As with Totfield House, the office spaces are open plan with exposed services to retain maximum ceiling heights. The building is orientated east/west which maximises useful solar gain, natural light and cross ventilation.
