White Hart Triangle

White Hart Triangle is an exciting development involving Tilfen Land, London Borough of Greenwich and the London Development Agency and comprises 50 acres that is strategically located in south-east London.

A primary infrastructure and enabling project with public sector funding unlocked and consolidated formerly inaccessible plots to create a new major business and industrial park which when completed will provide approximately one million square feet of new office, industrial and warehousing space.

Numerous plot capacity and building configuration approaches have been undertaken to provide a framework for the ongoing development of the site. A bespoke site-wide signage strategy was also created for the development together with a complementary landscaping scheme that uses a grey granite chippings, silver birch and galvanized security fencing that provides a consistent yet calm background for the individual buildings.

This project was undertaken when Jim Richards was Director of Richard Partington Architects.
