Anna Malicka

Architectural Assistant / Designer

Anna joined Nissen Richards in 2019, having previously worked on the delivery of numerous mixed-used schemes, such as the Market Building in Wood Wharf and the masterplan for eight Albert Embankment houses and the new London Fire Brigade Museum.

Anna studied architecture at the University of Kent and the University of Westminster, completing both degrees with Distinction. During her master’s studies she was awarded the RIBA Wren Insurance Association Scholarship for her academic research. She was exploring how materiality evokes emotive response, where she tested the use of new and traditional materials and technologies and their kinetic properties.

Her research developed into a collaboration that produced an interactive art installation ‘Light and Flight’ for the 2017 London Festival of Architecture.
Outside of work, Anna is a keen hiker, big animal lover and theatre enthusiast.
