As Practice Manager Fenella works with the senior leadership team on organisational and operational management of the practice. Her motivation is to continually enhance performance which encompasses practice operations, culture, people, finance and marketing whilst maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Fenella believes there is a fundamental need to diversify architecture and the wider built environment and is actively involved in industry activities that support this. As such, Fenella is Programme Manager for Build The Way, a nine month entry-level architecture traineeship providing alternative and accessible routes into architecture. She is also an EDI advocate for the industry and has experience managing a plethora of educational activities across all stages of education.

Fenella has a BA Hons and MA in contemporary dance from Trinity Laban and has spent many years performing and making dance theatre within the UK and Europe.
