Created within an existing two storey commercial unit, this photographic studio and creative office space provides a minimal yet calm atmosphere at ground floor level and is contrasted with the vibrant colour scheme of the informal spaces at the lower level.

Existing openings within the ground floor concrete slab were infilled with glazed ‘pavement lights’ to maximise space while still allowing natural light into the floor below.
