Gipsy Road provides nine spacious flats for developer QNewHomes on the site of a former derelict building in West Norwood.

The interplay between the two tones of brickwork help with the change in geometry at the corner as well as breaking down the mass of the stair tower. Large steel and glass balconies abut either side of the stepped tower, and with the raised front boundary provide generous areas for external seating.
