Sienna and Cobalt
These speculatively developed commercial units were built over two phases and launched White Hart Triangle as a major business and industrial park within the London Borough of Greenwich. Each phase is arranged as a pair of linear buildings either side of a shared service yard and provides 52,000 sqft and 79,000 sqft of industrial and production space, with each terrace sub-divided into individual units.
Elevations are predominantly faced with horizontal profiled steel cladding incorporating roller shutters, pass doors and windows. The silver palette is contrasted with ‘burnt sienna’ red-coloured panels and ‘cobalt’ blue-coloured panels that coordinated with the site-wide signage and wayfinding strategy created for the development as a whole.
