Interpretation Specialist / Writer

Echo joined Nissen Richards Studio in 2024 to work across the interpretation, bid writing and content creation aspects of our work. She brings with her experience as an interdisciplinary researcher and writer, working across a range of cultural, architectural and environmental projects.

She has a background in the arts and cultural sector, holding a degree in English Literature from the University of York and an MPhil in Identities and Cultures of Europe from Trinity College Dublin. Her writing has featured in a number of magazines and academic publications, exploring themes such as the development of an ethical approach to AI, the role of co-creation in engaging the public with the sustainability agenda and the relationship between art and mental health.

She enjoys the process of in-depth study, using her passion for research to demystify complex and novel concepts for a wider audience and offer new perspectives.
