Noemi joined Nissen Richards Studio in 2025 to support the Directors and oversee the day-to-day running of the practice. She is responsible for studio operations, finance, HR and administration, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the practice. Working closely with the team, she helps to coordinate projects, bids and client communications, fostering a supportive and well-organised studio environment.

With over 25 years’ experience across the creative and construction sectors, Noemi brings a strong combination of leadership, design knowledge and operational expertise. She holds degrees in Fine Art: Interior Design and in Business and Marketing, reflecting her balance of creative and strategic thinking.

Outside the studio, Noemi is a keen tennis player and enjoys visiting exhibitions and engaging with educational outreach initiatives.
