Nyahalo Tucker joined Nissen Richards Studio in 2026, bringing with her experience at the intersection of architecture, publication and film. Her practice is grounded in her interest in collective memory, archive and neglected urban landscapes. 

She holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Cambridge where she graduated in 2025. Since then she worked across disciplines: creating a short film that examined the local history of squatting for Four Corners Film Center which was also exhibited in Whitechapel Gallery, writing about the complex legacy of mission schools for the Sierra Leonean Publication ‘1961’,  and becoming a member of the 8th Cohort of New Architecture Writers.

Outside of architecture, Nyahalo helps to provide tours of public artworks in her local area. She enjoys the cinema, life drawing and going to exhibitions.
