These three new houses on a steeply sloping site close to Crystal Palace in South London was completed in 2017 for developer Q New Homes. In order to accommodate two off site car parking spaces for each house, an integrated garage was incorporated within the lower ground floor. The primary living spaces were located above, with direct connection to the raised gardens at the rear.

The compact stair arrangement at the centre of the plan, with rooms at each end, maximises the living spaces while creating a central core containing bathrooms, kitchen and services. The contemporary masonry construction has been carefully proportioned to reflect its Victorian neighbours.
